The house sits on a beautifully landscaped half acres lot. It is completely furnished and equipped. Enjoy the huge dining and living area of the house. The home has 2 bedrooms (king-size beds) and 2 baths as well as an private garage. The total square footage of the living area under air is approx. 1500 sft. This house accomodates up to 5 people.

The swimming pool is solar-heated.

DIRECTIONS
The villa is located only 15 minutes from the Internation Airport in Fort Myers.
We also offer free airport service from Fort Myers to the villa.
If you come by car, take exit 136 of I-75, head EAST on Colonial Blvd (884). Colonial turn to LEE BLVD. Follow Lee Bvld to Leeland Heights Blvd (take a left to Leeland Heights Blvd at traffic light). After 3 miles take a RIGHT to 8 STreet E and then a LEFT to Mc Arthur Avenue. The exact home address is: 914 Mc Arthur Avenue, Lehigh Acres FL 33972.

The bathrooms have either shower with glass door front or tub. Towels, sheets and hairdryer are available. Also available if needed: baby high chair and baby bed.
